Ghost Designers
Designer level role within the RBH organization. In this role, the Industrial Designer is expected to: manage their own programs with significant autonomy, build and nurture important business relationships with their program/business teams, collaborate with global team members on complex and challenging programs and initiatives, generate product concepts with creativity and customer needs in mind while adhering to all RBH brand guidelines, and work closely with other designer and engineers such as customer research.

Responsible for the industrial design of their assigned programs which includes the exceptional product design through an empathetic lens to improve the functionality, aesthetics, usability, and ergonomics of products, environments, systems and services.
Utilize in-depth knowledge and technical experience to execute programs and strategies.
Has knowledge of industrial design best practices and how their function integrates with others.
Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market, and uses this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
Uses mature judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters (provides expected design solutions in addition to forward-thinking concepts that push the boundaries).
Uses technical experience and analytical thinking to push engineering and project teams towards innovative solutions.
Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of their own teams to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Builds and nurtures business relationships with their program and business teams, with an eye on the big picture of moving design forward in the company.
Utilizes sketching, CAD modeling, rapid prototyping, and multiple iterations to arrive at tested and robust final designs.
Complies with all Brand Guidelines and Design directions regarding the look and feel of product concepts.
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or college in Industrial Design will be preferred but skilled autodidact designers are more than welcome to apply.
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and physical prototyping.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-design.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience working on complex programs with global teams
Experience in regulated industries such as Fashion, Automotive, Space etc
Track record of teamwork and collaboration with others.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems in innovative ways.

Rechanical Design Engineer
Based around the world this position requires minimum 2 two years of mechanical hardware design experience. BSME or higher degree is required. Knowledge of manufacturing processes for mechanical components is required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and implement product specifications in a stage gate product development process is a must.
